Award-winning specialist lender Hope Capital Property Finance has strengthened its finance team with the appointment of Harry Williams as Head of Finance and Treasury.

The new role follows Kate Cowan’s promotion to Chief Financial and Operating Officer earlier this year and strengthens Hope Capital Property Finance’s finance and treasury function. Harry will play a key role in supporting the lender’s growth, with responsibility spanning financial management, treasury and reporting across its funding lines.

Harry is an ACA-qualified accountant with extensive group reporting and financial management experience, gained through senior finance roles at INEOS Inovyn and Victrex plc. His experience spans financial reporting, audit, working capital, cash flow and treasury, working across complex international businesses and demanding reporting cycles.

His technical expertise and commercial approach will support Hope Capital Property Finance as it continues to scale, with his ability to work to tight deadlines particularly valuable in the fast-moving bridging finance market.
