JONATHAN SEALEY

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jonathan established Hope Capital in 2011 and has provided strategic direction across the business, firmly establishing the company as a leader in the bridging finance market.

 

Previously, Jonathan worked for both a property developer and a venture capital firm, merging the two skillsets of property and investment to create Hope Capital. As a seasoned professional, Jonathan is the driving force behind Hope Capital, steering growth, maximising operational excellence and delivering financial performance for the business.

 

In addition, Jonathan also works closely with the Senior Management team to create a positive culture, a shared sense of purpose,common values and a willingness to achieve operational excellence, ensuring Hope Capital continues to move from strength to strength.

STEVE SEALEY

CHAIRMAN

Having been appointed as Chairman in 2012, Steve works with a growing number of High-Net-Worth investors and Family Offices who have invested in the business over the years.

 

Steve was previously on the board of Aquarius, a specialist fund manager for high-net-worth-individuals and was joint founder and CEO of AM Paper Group Ltd, leading up to its successful sale in 2000.

 

Steve has played a significant role in Hope Capital success and is also very passionate about ESG, ensuring Hope Capital is a sustainable and equitable business, creating long-term value, that includes transparency about the businesses ambitions and our progress.

 

 

KATE COWAN

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Kate proudly supports CEO, Jonathan Sealey, to develop the strategic direction of Hope Capital, with a focus on the delivery of strong commercial growth. In addition, Kate also oversees all financial matters including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting within the business.

 

Kate started her career in finance in 2002, after achieving a BA (hons) degree in Accounting and Finance, and has since held several senior finance, strategic and operational roles, before moving to Hope Capital in 2019, where she is passionate about supporting the businesses ambitious growth plans
