Hope Capital announces 7bps reduction in residential fast-track bridging loan rates
Specialist short-term lender, Hope Capital, has cut its residential fast-track bridging offering, now providing 75% LTV at 0.85%.
The reduction applies to residential deals, including straight forward purchases, light refurbishment types, auction deals and so forth.
After implementing a series of enhancements to its product range earlier this year, including a streamlined pricing structure and the launch of a dedicated resi fast-track team, Hope Capital has entered its strongest period to date, significantly accelerating decision-making and completing deals with greater efficiency than ever before.
In line with the rate reduction, Hope Capital has raised its dual representation offering to £750,000, up from £500,000, enabling more borrowers to benefit from reduced costs and quicker turnarounds.
