In 2025, we proudly achieved Great Place To Work® Certification™- a prestigious accolade based solely on what our employees say about their experience at Hope Capital Property Finance. This year, 94% of our team said we’re a great place to work, compared with just 54% of employees at a typical UK-based company.

HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter
We signed the Women in Finance Charter in November 2018, joining like-minded organisations committed to improving gender diversity and supporting the progression of women into senior roles within financial services. We’re proud to have renewed this commitment every year since.

Living Wage Foundation
The Living Wage Foundation’s real Living Wage is the only UK pay rate independently calculated to reflect true living costs, updating annually to keep pace with those changes. It enables employers to be sure they are offering a wage that supports everyday essentials, not merely meeting the government minimum. Beyond this, we’re dedicated to paying above the real Living Wage to ensure we’re a providing an excellent standard of living for all our team.

Menopause Workplace Pledge
The Menopause Workplace Pledge is a commitment we have signed to ensure we support staff experiencing menopause. By signing this pledge, we are demonstrating that we recognise menopause can affect people at work, that we will provide practical support and information to our team, and that we will encourage open and respectful conversations about menopause.
