Hope Capital Property Finance was established in 2011 and is a privately-run bridging firm. Our Relationships Go Beyond Lending, and we pride ourselves on being quick, flexible, specialist and transparent.
We believe in lending on every deal and have a reputation for finding a solution when other lenders can’t – and doing so in record quick time.
We’re more than just a bridging loan company – we pride ourselves on our customer service, and the fact that we go the extra mile to help our brokers and clients find the right solution
With loans between £100k to £5m at a maximum 75% LTV, our fixed rates start from as little as 0.85% secured on residential, semi-commercial, and commercial property.
