Sinead is responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies, combined with developing new product ranges, to meet the diverse needs of brokers and their clients. She works with the other directors to introduce and manage new key relationships to ensure Hope Capital achieve its business goals.

Sinead has a wealth of experience and expertise from working in the specialist finance industry for almost ten years, delivering exceptional results in previous roles. Her strengths lie in building and maintaining broker relationships, developing and delivering sales strategies, product development and identifying gaps in the marketplace, while coaching and leading successful sales teams.
