The Refresh product provides the highest LTV at 75% on non-regulated residential property, with loans available up to £1.5m.
It also provides a very competitive rate from only 0.84% with no exit fee. The Refresh product is available for a loan period between 6 – 12 months, which is a suitable timeframe to undertake light refurbishment works.
The Renew product provides borrowers with the option of a fantastic discounted rate, starting from just 0.69% and up to 70% LTV for loans on residential properties up to £3m. Hope Capital’s Renew loan is available for a period between 6 -18 months and is suited for medium refurbishment projects.
The Renovate product is designed for more extensive projects which involve significant structural works. This product also offers borrowers the option of a discounted rate, starting from just 0.69% and up to 70% LTV for loans on residential properties up to £3m. Hope Capital’s Renovate product is available for a loan term between 9 -18 months.
All of the new products have a maximum of 70% GDV, the option of multiple drawdowns and is able to fund 100% cost of works.
