The borrower criteria:
- Have good or excellent credit rating
- Reside in the UK
- Have at least one other UK asset
- No CCJs in 24 months
- No missed mortgage payments in 24 months
- No bankruptcy/IVA’s
- No rolling arrears
The project criteria:
- Residential only
- Light works only
- Loans from £100k - £750k
- Must fit our AVM and Desktop criteria (i.e. we provide up to 75% LTV via instant AVMs and desktop valuations within 48 hours)
- Title insurance required
